Throughout the year, I run a programme for small groups of business owners, who are looking to increase their profitability and improve their productivity.

The backbone of this programme is 3 group days together, in-person, split across 12 weeks. Held in an easy to access (via the M6 or train), centrally located venue in Stone, Staffordshire, these days cover the 6 core modules essential for any small business owner to grow.

The energy and feedback from being in a room together, learning and getting stuff done, is powerful. No Zoom fatigue or dodgy internet problems here!

Alongside the 3 days together, to support you and keep you accountable, you will also have access to group calls and a private Facebook group.

During the 12 weeks, we cover all of my signature ‘6 steps to Business Growth’ model, and apply what you learn straight-away in your business.

You’ll go through a number of proven templates and exercises, and get feedback from myself and a group of like-minded business owners, which is invaluable.

It’s not just about training and coaching – it’s about getting stuff done in our time together!

Investment for the 12-week Business Growth Masterplan programme starts at £975 or 3 easier payments of £325.

A maximum of four successful business owners join me for the 12-week face-to-face programme in Stone, Staffordshire, to take their business to the next level in this select group, with the next programme starting in September 2024.

Before joining the programme, I was concerned that I’d have the time to commit to it and implement what I learnt, plus I was worried if I was the ‘right’ type of business.
