Running a business right now can be exhausting and overwhelming.

How the Impact Business Growth And Leadership Programme works

Let me take you through how it works, and what’s involved over the six months, and you can see whether you want to be considered to be a part of this.

There’s a clear structure to take you through the programme, as you roll up your sleeves to get stuff done, and move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling back in control.

An initial 90-minute strategy session at the start of your journey, to help get you crystal clear on what you want to get from the Impact programme, get under the skin of where you are now, and identify some quick wins for you to implement straight away.

 

Four Group Days around the board table

These are the cornerstone of the programme, where we’ll spend four days together as a group, split across the six months and held in Staffordshire.

The modules in detail

The following eight Impact Modules will be covered across the four days, and each day will end with time to work on your six-month plan, which will then be broken down into an eight-week plan.

Module 1: Purpose

Stepping back and reconnecting with who you are and what you are here to achieve. You’ll use some profiling tools to understand your own personality and strength areas, understanding your ‘why’ and setting out your big vision

Module 2: Leadership

Understanding what type of leader you are and how to capitalise on this to motivate your team and drive your business forward. Why we all have leadership qualities and how to bring them to the front whilst still being you.

Module 3: Simplify & Streamline

Getting under the skin of what working smarter, not harder, actually means and practical strategies and tools you can use in your business straight away to become more efficient and more effective.

Module 4: High Performing Teams

How to find the right people for your team, understanding your existing team and get more out of them, plus how to have those sometimes necessary difficult conversations.

Module 5: Know Your Customers

Using tools to understand who they are, how to market effectively to them, and mapping your customer journey and identifying where you need to improve your customer experience.

Module 6: Grow Your Profit

Designing your business model to achieve your profit targets, how to identify your ‘cash cows’ and setting up the measures you need to effectively and easily manage your profit

Module 7: Mindset

The often overlooked yet most powerful tool you have, we’ll be looking at how to get it working for you, and give you a toolkit to use beyond this programme to banish imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs, and to tap into the best version of you.

Module 8: Creating the Impossible

What if anything was possible for you and your business? Creating your big vision for the next five years then working out a plan to achieve it.

Your Investment
