BUSINESS COACHING PROGRAMME

 

This is a 4 month programme for business owners who are looking for support and guidance on how to achieve their objectives to grow their business without putting in more and more hours.

 

Although less intense than the Business Growth Intensive, you can still expect significant results in your business.

 

This is more suited to those who are already busy with existing clients in their business, and are struggling to find the time to work ON their business.

 

As in the Business Growth Intensive we also work on my signature ‘6 steps to business growth model’, but we’ll focus on the areas that are going to give you the biggest benefit right now.

 

In the 4 month Business Coaching Programme you will get:
  • Initial strategy session via Skype, where we will map out your short-term plan for some quick wins over the 4 months
  • Four follow up phone or Skype coaching sessions with me over 4 months, to hold you accountable, work through any challenges that arise and work through new ideas that come up
  • Closing strategy session, to map out your next 12 months and your plan to achieve your goals
  • Confidence to run your business your way, plus an understanding of how you can be a much better boss to yourself and feel less stressed 🙂
  • Access to my library of resources, materials and templates, as required
  • Recommended reading list, to support your business growth and development

 

(This programme may also be delivered face to face, within a thirty minute radius of Stone, Staffordshire)

 

Your investment for the 4 month Business Coaching Programme is £1180, or 4 monthly payments of £295.
