06 Jan Ever wish you could magic up an extra day in the week?
Lots of business owners believe they have a lack of time.
They’re overwhelmed with everything that needs doing, and starting to feel out of control.
They’re making lists left, right and centre, of everything they need to remember, and occasionally something is forgotten: a missed meeting, a quote unsent, no follow up on enquiries, a call that isn’t returned…
They’re waking up in the night remembering something they need to do the next day, disturbing their sleep.
They’re working late into the night trying to catch up on everything.
No wonder they are so tired all the time!
If only they had an extra day in the week, everything would be okay.
But their problem isn’t actually a lack of time.
They are simply trying to fit in too much, so it feels like squeezing a size 8 foot into a size 6 shoe
It’s never to going to happen!
What the real problem is, is a lack of the following:
- Systems and processes to organise and streamline
- The right resource in the right areas
- Habits to support you
- Clear priorities
Easy to say, but definitely not easy to do when you’re in the middle of overwhelm and too much to do.
The first step? Ask for some help.
If you’re a small business owner in Stone, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire or working with clients online, and you’re fed up of feeling constantly behind, let’s change that.
I offer regular complimentary calls to business owners to help them start addressing these challenges.
After nearly 15 years as a business coach, I’ve worked with dozens of business owners to help them feel back in control of their time, and their business.
If you’re curious to see how I may be able to help you, simply book in a call.
I’ll ask you to answer some questions beforehand, then on our call we’ll identify the next 1 to 3 steps you can take right now. That’s it!
