30 Jun It’s time to do your mid-year review on your business
Last week saw the longest day of the year, as Thursday was the Summer Solstice, and it now appears that the weather has realised that Summer is here in the UK!
This week is the last of June, meaning we are nearly officially half-way through 2024.
No, I don’t know how that happened either?!
As time flies by it is so important to step back and review your year so far.
It’s an opportunity to see what you have achieved so far, what your focus needs to be for the next six months, and take steps now to re-adjust as necessary.
Last week I took my Business Growth Academy* group through a mid-year review process, and I’m going to share some of the high-level questions with you, to help get you started on your own mid-year review.
To begin, reflect back on the past six months.
- What have you achieved so far?
- What have you learned?
- What’s been working well?
Then, look forward to the next six months.
- What do you want to achieve in the rest of the year?
- What relationships do you need to focus on developing and strengthening?
- What new habits do you need to put in place?
Get clear on what your focus is for the next six months, and start taking action towards this, consistently.
