03 Feb If your business is feeling like hard work right now, read this
One of my marketing strategies is networking and, if you’ve ever done networking before, you’ll know that usually you have to give a quick, concise, overview of your business in around a minute.
I’ve been doing this for a number of years so have quite a few prepared, and I always find it useful to include a tagline – a few words summarising what I do.
One of my taglines is ‘making your business feel easier’.
I don’t say easy, but easier, as I find lots of small business owners are making running their business harder than it necessarily needs to be.
When faced with a challenge in business, it’s really easy to go search it on Google or ask friends and colleagues for advice, which can be really useful, sometimes!
However, what this can lead to is an overwhelm of information, and before you know it, you now have 32 tried and tested ways to improve your productivity and 11 ‘must-do’ ways to increase your profit, to add to your already bulging to-do list.
Keeping it simple and making it feel easier is about understanding your strengths, your goals, and what you enjoy, and working from there, rather than trying to do what may work for others.
Unfortunately there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to running a business.
It all starts with you!
So, what do you want your business to provide for you and how can you do this in the easiest way i.e. your way?
If you want some help to uncover this, then please book a complimentary business strategy session with me, and I’ll help you unpick it in a 45-minute call.
