How you start your day, and how you start your week, can make a huge difference to what you achieve.
Do you have intentional habits to start each day and each week, to set you up for success?
These don’t have to be time consuming or difficult, it’s those things that lift your mood and your energy, putting you in the best place to get done what needs doing.
It may be starting each day with some form of exercise, whether it’s lifting weights, running, or a gentle walk outdoors.
Or simply savouring a great coffee, looking outside at the wonder of nature and thinking about what you are thankful for today.
You may prefer to start your working day tackling the difficult job first, to get it out of the way, or you may prefer to start with the easier tasks to ease yourself in.
There are no rules – whatever works for you. Just make sure you build in this regular habit, seeing each new day as a new blank page to create anew.
