Does your work diary reflect your business goals?

Does your work diary reflect your business goals?

If I were to look at your diary right now, would I be able to tell what your current goals and priorities are?

If not, then it’s time to reassess what you’re spending your time on.

Your goals and priorities should break down into tasks that need doing and, if they need to be done by you, these should be scheduled in your diary.

Without this, it’s unlikely that you will make the progress to achieve the goals.

One of my favourite sayings is:

“There is never a lack of time, just a lack of priorities”

So, if your diary is filled with stuff that does not relate back to your priorities and your goals, then why are you spending your time on it?

Do you need to go through your diary right now and make some changes?

Ask yourself, if someone else were to look at my diary could they tell what my priorities and goals are?

Once you can answer yes then you know you’re on track for achieving them.
