17 Nov Simple ways to increase your profit in your business
Did you see last week’s post?
In it, I set out my intention to give you some quick and easy steps to increase profit in your business, to keep up with the cost of living increases.
Last week I gave you the action to go through your business bank statements with a fine toothcomb, eliminating any unneccessary costs.
This week, whilst you’re still remembering those outgoings, I want you to go through the costs that are still required and see if you can reduce them.
- Contact your existing suppliers to request a better price – after all, you are an existing customer
- Look at alternative suppliers with a lower cost
This can apply to all areas of your expenditure, whether it’s a product you’re purchasing, services or even regular subscriptions like software and IT costs.
Be creative and see where you can find at least one of your neccessary expenses at a lower price this week.
Book in a complimentary strategy session to find out more about how I can help you in achieving your business goals, and identify some quick wins tailored to your business. Find my latest availability in my online diary.
