Do this business coaching programme before you waste time and money on training

Have you ever invested in a training course, felt really motivated and inspired by it – like this is the thing that’s going to make the difference you’ve been looking for – and then look back a few weeks or months later, and realised that you’ve not actually been able to implement anything from it?

I know I have.

A few years ago now, I suffered from ‘one more course-itis’. A condition that led to me investing in numerous courses, some that I didn’t even complete, and always looking for the ‘one’ that was going to make the difference.

At some point, I realised that I needed to be more focused and strategic with my money and time invested, and align any training and development with my annual plan, along with my preferred learning style. (I have purchased numerous online courses that I’ve barely scratched the surface of – not my learning style, I get much more with some in-person content).

So, if you are looking to invest in training and development this year, I urge you to do the same.

Identify what you need to support you in delivering your business goals, and avoid getting caught out with the impulse purchase of a training course because of brilliant marketing.
