New year, new business?

JANUARY in isolated letters

New year, new business?

Whatever business you’re in, I hope that you managed to take a decent break over the Christmas period.

Having some time to step back from your busy day-to-day life and get some rest, means that you are hopefully coming back to work now feeling re-energised.

Maybe you have some great ideas to grow your business in 2025, and have been busy putting these down into a business plan.

Maybe you’ve been setting some New Year’s resolutions – things that you want to change this year, to help you achieve your goals.

But, did you know that around 80-90% of New Year’s resolutions fail by the end of January?

Three main reasons they fail are:

  • Lack of support – having people around you who ‘get’ your goals and are there to support and encourage you when you feel like giving up
  • Lack of accountability – having someone to get you commit to your goals and check in with you to keep you on track
  • Lack of know-how – hitting an obstacle and not knowing the best way to get round it, and then feeling overwhelmed with all the possible solutions Google gives you!

If you really want to achieve your New Year’s resolutions and make sustainable changes in your business this year, make sure you have these 3 things in place.

Not sure how, or simply want to talk though the changes you want to make in 2025 and get my input as an experienced sounding board?
